Cerno rethinks recruitment end-to-end. A voice-AI agent interviews every candidate in real time, adapts questions to their actual skills, and delivers structured, bias-free evaluations to recruiters — no resume screening, no weeks of back-and-forth.

Built in 36 hours at the Mistral Worldwide Hackathon — Paris Edition (February 28 - March 1, 2026), where our team was among the 100 participants selected from over 1,700 applicants in Paris alone.

How It Works

1. Pre-interview

Keep your current workflow. Replace your job link on LinkedIn with a Cerno link. Customize the interview however you want.

2. Interview

Each candidate gets a unique voice-AI interview tailored to recruiter expectations and actual technical skills. Candidates interview when ready; engineers get their time back.

3. Post-interview

Structured scoring, full transcripts, detailed summaries, and competency breakdowns. Candidates finally receive the feedback they deserve.
